Condition of Use
Investors are responsible for the gains and losses of their own investment decisions. PNN® is not responsible for the gains and losses of the investment decisions with or without using the PNN charts. Note that security trendspotting is defined as predicting upward or downward trends of securities. PNN is designed for daily and monthly trendspotting, whereas is not designed to predict the precise prices of the securities at specific times.
Here are the instructions for reading the chart:
1. The main line represents daily price values of an asset.
2. There are two parts of the main line: black line for historical prices; blue line for 10-day predicted trendspotting prices of support lines.
3. The last daily price of the black line does not connect with the first daily support price of the blue line (for future prices of 10 days).
4. For better viewing, the dotted straight horizontal line is positioned on yesterday price. The first point of the blue line indicates the AI prediction for the first future day.
5. The back-test accuracy percentage indicates our confidence on the model predictions based on its real-time back-test performance with historical price values. The model is developed with artificail intelligence and sentiment algorithms.
6. The shape of the trends may self-adjust daily with new daily data as the artificial intelligence algorithm learns the new information.
7. This chart is intended for you only. You are not allowed to share it with others with any means (email forwarding, chat, printout, etc.) without the permission of PNN®.
8. Please do not follow PNN charts blindly as future news may change the foundation of trendspotting. There are solutions to minimize such risks.

Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go. PNN® may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
Indemnification
As a condition of your use of the PNN® Sites, you agree to indemnify and hold PNN® and its Third Party Content providers harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the PNN® Sites, or from your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed, these Terms and their enforcement are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law, and shall inure to the benefit of PNN®'s successors and assigns, whether by merger, consolidation, or otherwise.
